All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee + the actual shipping charges. (we charge a flat rate for shipping, but often the shipping charges are greater than what we charge as a flat rate)

All sales outside of Canada are final.

Warranty is valid for 1 year unless otherwise stated

All warranty claims must be shipped back to our warehouse in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Cruiser LED does not pay for shipping charges in either direction. Local drop off is available to avoid these charges for local customers.

All warranty claims must be filed with cruiserled@outlook.com. They must be pre-approved before shipping the products back.

Cruiser LED is not responsible for any items damaged during shipping. Any damages must be dealt directly with the shipping company (most commonly Canada Post or Purolator)
